Hello and welcome to my blog! My name is Jason McFarland. I am a husband, father, musician, and Christ follower. My purpose in creating this site is to share the experiences along my spiritual journey and to express what I have learned in the process.
I am not one to just go with the flow or take what I hear as gospel, unless of course it is The Gospel. I want everything in my life to be based on my faith in God. This desire compels me line up everything I do with Scripture. My search for truth and desire to be closer to God often leads me to conclusions which are sometimes in dark contrast to those things which we see as normal – even in the Christian world.
